About us
Why do many of the largest organisations on the planet choose Corporate Rewards? Well, we like to think it’s because they find us a fantastic company to work with.
We also like to think it’s because we’re full of creative ideas, that we put 100% into everything we do and that we love our work. There may be an element of truth in all these things. But ultimately it probably boils down to one simple fact: our clients know they can trust us to deliver the right results, whatever it takes. And they know that we’ll keep on doing it for them, time after time. Because if we don’t, then they wouldn’t be our clients for much longer. And that’s something we never, ever forget.
A little bit of history
Corporate Rewards was founded in 2002. From the outset, our aim was to design and manage the best and most innovative incentive, motivation, recognition, reward and events programmes around. The company’s first client, and one of many who remain with us to this day, was Microsoft. Our client base has expanded rapidly into a ‘Who’s Who’ of the world’s biggest business names – from IT and manufacturing to FMCG, finance and public services.
We have recently celebrated our 1,000th project, following the most successful year in our history. During a time of continued worldwide economic uncertainty, that’s something we’re pretty proud of.
A strong team
Directors Juilet Caswell and Dan Kelly, as well as Events Manager Jo Meddings, all joined Corporate Rewards in the very first days. Since then, the company has outgrown several offices, culminating in our current home near the M40 in Warwickshire. We now employ around 30 campaign and events managers, merchandising and customer services teams, designers, business development managers and support staff. It’s a tight-knit, flexible team committed to the success of our clients.
