We’re currently are looking for:
Team Administrator – full time
Our busy Customer Service and Procurement team is looking for a Team Administrator to join them. This is not your average administrator role – it involves liaising with suppliers, dealing with user queries, sourcing and purchasing items (anything from iPads to holidays; from household items to iTunes downloads) or helping our events team source branded promotional items: the list is endless! You will also be hands on with the websites we build for our clients. Excellent Excel skills are crucial for this role. The right candidate will also have strong proven administration skills, a methodical approach to tasks or projects with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional time management is crucial as this is a very busy role. We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you are part of a busy team and will work with other teams across the business as well as suppliers.

Project Manager – full time
We’re looking for a marketing project manager to create and run online solutions for a number of blue chip clients.
We need a team player, ideally with a background in marketing and with proven project management skills. You’ll be looking for a new challenge and will thrive in a demanding role. The role involves creating and co ordinating a number of client incentive programmes, sales promotions or reward and recognition solutions, whilst working closely with colleagues and partner organisations, ensuring attention to detail is maintained, deadlines are met and the programme fulfils its aims, all to the highest standards. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high attention to detail and excellent mathematical skills.
