We help companies grow by rewarding best behaviours from the people most valuable to their businesses (employees, customers and partners). In creating award winning recognition, incentive and event programmes we inspire people to do more. Our innovative platforms and events engage people and improve performance.

A little bit of history

Corporate Rewards was founded in 2002 and has grown to 50 employees – so far! From the outset our aim has been to design and manage the best and most innovative incentive, motivation, recognition and reward, and events programmes around. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, our work takes us across the globe and we have a permanent office in the US. Our first client, one of many who remain with us to this day, was Microsoft. Our client base has expanded into a Who’s Who of the world’s biggest business names from IT and manufacturing to FMCG, finance, automotive, retail and beyond. We’ve delivered thousands of projects for hundreds of clients. That’s something we’re very proud of.

Our executive team

David Gould - Managing Director

David joined Corporate Rewards in 2014, with over 20 years industry experience. He is responsible for driving and guiding the business forward whilst creating new opportunities for attracting future clients. David thrives on providing insights and future trends to the industry and places honesty and trust at the top of his list of values. Out of the workplace, he enjoys sporting pursuits like cycling, skiing and watching Formula 1 and football. He also likes photography and multimedia and has a strong passion for technology.

Dan Kelly - Sales & Marketing Director

Dan heads up the sales and marketing function and is account manager to many clients. His team is responsible for bringing in new clients and looking after existing ones to make sure they are receiving the best possible service. He has a real passion for working with a client to understand their brief and bring fresh and innovative ideas to the project. When he’s not trying to revive his football career on the five-a-side pitch, Dan is a keen chef and enjoys cooking up a curry from scratch.

Juliet likes nothing more than seeing a project grow from the very earliest thoughts and ideas into something that really makes a difference to the client and their business. She likes to unwind by going to festivals, dancing the night away to live bands.

We support Warwickshire Air Ambulance

WNAA is a charitably funded air ambulance service that provides expert pre-hospital care for serious accidents and emergencies across the counties. Each of their missions costs around £1,700; they usually attend three per day, equating to more than 15,400 missions to date. 

WNAA receives no government funding and relies entirely on generous donations from the public and corporate partners to continue their lifesaving work. Money donated helps them to continue to provide an exceptional level of clinical pre-hospital skill and care at no cost to the NHS.
