We help companies grow by rewarding best behaviours from the people most valuable to their businesses (employees, customers and partners). In creating award winning recognition, incentive and event programmes we inspire people to do more. Our innovative platforms and events engage people and improve performance.
Corporate Rewards was founded in 2002 and has grown to 50 employees – so far! From the outset our aim has been to design and manage the best and most innovative incentive, motivation, recognition and reward, and events programmes around. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, our work takes us across the globe and we have a permanent office in the US. Our first client, one of many who remain with us to this day, was Microsoft. Our client base has expanded into a Who’s Who of the world’s biggest business names from IT and manufacturing to FMCG, finance, automotive, retail and beyond. We’ve delivered thousands of projects for hundreds of clients. That’s something we’re very proud of.
Once we understand what it is you need to achieve, we set about helping you do it. Our team is knowledgeable, experienced, and absolutely dedicated to helping your business succeed. We practice what we preach – making sure they are fully engaged and recognised for their valuable contributions and hold regular team-building events; this approach has nurtured a strong and highly successful team. Supporting our creativity and professionalism is our technological capability – reliable, secure and flexible platforms for the deployment and measurement of your programmes.
The company is driven by an experienced, enthusiastic executive team, two of whom established Corporate Rewards on a foundation of passion and skill, and the belief that our success is very much measured by that of our clients.

We have risen to new heights with an achievement of Investors in People Gold Status. This internationally recognised standard for best practice in people management demonstrates that Corporate Rewards is an excellent employer and an outstanding place to work. Only 3% of the UK companies awarded Investors in People (IiP) status achieve Gold standard, and we passed with distinction. Go us!
The IiP assessor observed that the company has exceeded growth plans, practices a collaborative, inspirational and supportive leadership style and is committed to ongoing improvement.
With consistent and powerful use of corporate values, Corporate Rewards practice what they preach with a strong internal reward and recognition structure in place.
Our culture was shown to be open, honest and flexible with a genuine sense of people. Our employees stated they are extremely proud to work for the business and would recommend to others for employment. They are confident in the company, demonstrating a ‘tangible excitement’ with the business direction. With this in mind, Corporate Rewards has shown that we are a truly outstanding place to work.
WNAA is a charitably funded air ambulance service that provides expert pre-hospital care for serious accidents and emergencies across the counties. Each of their missions costs around £1,700; they usually attend three per day, equating to more than 15,400 missions to date.
WNAA receives no government funding and relies entirely on generous donations from the public and corporate partners to continue their lifesaving work. Money donated helps them to continue to provide an exceptional level of clinical pre-hospital skill and care at no cost to the NHS.
If you’d like to donate money to Warwickshire Air Ambulance, you can do so here with our heartfelt thanks.
In good business, great achievements can bring greater success and with that can come awards. At Corporate Rewards, the success of what we do is shown in the range of awards we’ve won, from wins for outstanding employee recognition programmes and best conferences, which we’ve held in the UK and overseas, to awards for effective use of social media, incentive travel, and budget.
In 2016, we were proud to win twice, be highly commended three times and become a finalist on four occasions for a series of top industry-recognised annual awards.
We’ve brought award success to our customers, spanning sectors including IT, technology, healthcare, marketing and logistics. Our dedicated staff have even won top awards for best events team and sales professional of the year.
The awards we have won mean a great deal to us and make us proud. They don’t just show we are great are what we do. They prove that when it comes to employee incentives and rewards, we are the best.
