We are seeking a new Business Development Manager to to join our sales Team. You'll be responsible for identifying potential new B2B clients and establishing key strategic partnerships with new prospects in a variety of different industries.
This role requires detailed knowledge of employee reward and recognition programmes, sales incentive programmes, events and conferences, plus the platforms used to deliver these types of programmes. An up to date understanding of the motivation industry is a must.
You will be a highly motivated and tenacious experienced business development manager, who is customer-focused and target driven, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience of managing sales through a conversion at a senior level is also required.
The key roles and responsibilities include:
Location: Stratford-Upon-Avon. But you will be required to travel to all parts of the country, as this role is not currently restricted geographically
Salary: £30,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and seniority

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team, who will be required to deliver technical and data support for the delivery of digital incentive & recognition projects.
As an experienced analyst you will come from a background such as a data analyst, web analyst or junior developer and will have a passion and interest in web technologies. The position requires experience of using CMS and/or managing web applications, QA analyst experience for web and digital applications, wireframing and proficient in MS Office 365.
You will need strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to react to directional changes quickly and positively, strong communication skills as well as being enthusiastic and work well within a team. A passion for technology is a must!
