Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team, who will be required to deliver technical and data support for the delivery of digital incentive & recognition projects. 


As an experienced analyst you will come from a background such as a data analyst, web analyst or junior developer and will have a passion and interest in web technologies. The position requires experience of using SQL, CMS and/or managing web applications, QA analyst experience for web and digital applications, wireframing and proficient in MS Office 365.


You will need strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to react to directional changes quickly and positively, strong communication skills as well as being enthusiastic and work well within a team. You need to have an inquisitive nature, able to think outside the box and innovate. We will invest in additional training, but we do require a self-starter who looks for continuous self-improvement to improve their knowledge and skills. A passion for technology is a must!


 The key role and responsibilities include:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of digital platforms
  • Manage system data management and updates
  • Project performance measurement, reporting and analytics
  • Prototyping and wireframing
  • Work with internal/external development teams to design new features
  • Testing, bug reporting and rolling out new features and improvements to the digital applications
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users
  • Resolve challenges by innovating using new technologies

Sales Operations Manager

The key role of the Sales Operations Manager is to enhance sales productivity and reporting by providing operational support to the sales and marketing team and identifying tools and opportunities to develop and streamline the team.

This position is responsible for:

  • Identifying and executing best practices in sales process
  • Sales analysis
  • Management reporting
  • Leveraging Dynamics CRM and other sales & marketing systems or tools 
  • Support lead generation through the use of marketing automation tools, processes, reporting and analytics


You will need to be analytical and process-driven with a strong desire to champion best practice, a knowledge of ISO9001 would be beneficial, and have excellent experience of CRM management, Excel, data analysis, reporting and presentation skills. You should get a buzz out of analysing stats and trends and identifying solutions.
