Corporate Rewards

This year...

As we rapidly approach the end of another extremely busy and successful year, we’ve put the mince pies down, to reflect upon the last 12 months.

I joined Corporate Rewards mid way through the year to take on the responsibility for driving the business forward and guiding the company towards future success. It's so far been a very exciting period of time and am looking forward to 2015.

This year our in-house Events team had their busiest year to date with taking groups of incentive winners to destinations such as Ibiza and Dubai. Plus organising two large conferences, in the same month, with over 3500 delegates attending.

We created various effective digital platforms for our clients to help them drive sales, brand awareness, recognise achievements and reward behaviours. One of our programmes was even nominated for ‘Best Partner Website’ at the CRN Sales and Marketing Awards.

We donned our walking boots for the 3 Peaks Challenge and cycled from Palace to Palace, raising over £3500 for charities Joining Jack and The Princes Trust.

But the pièce de résistance came towards the end of the year with the launch of our new MyRewards platform. Reformulated with enhanced technology, the platform is flexible, scalable, responsive, secure and hosted in the Cloud. A more effective, robust and reliable system for our clients.

We launched the Recognition module enabling HR Managers to reward individuals, whilst increasing employee engagement and motivation within a team. Plus the new Global Product System with over 500 rewards users can choose from.

Looking forward...

Our 2015 plans are already shaping up nicely. As a taster of things to come, we’ll be releasing more MyRewards modules and in January we’ll be launching MyCard, the new instant way of rewarding.

Corporate Rewards will continue fundraising, supporting local charity the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, a charity chosen by our employees.

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year. I look forward to working with you in 2015.
