As we are being hosted by our friends at Google, we thought we would get into the Google spirit and play a game.
We’ve hired a strategic gaming company to design a bespoke game so Channel Marketers can get a fresh perspective on their partner programmes.
Attendees will be split into two teams: The Marketing teams will be tasked with prioritising key elements of a programme to woo partners. The Partner teams (role-played by marketers) will identify their key priorities to find the right vendor to represent. Will the priorities match?
The scenarios, vendors, and partners will all be fictional, so you’re not pitching actual programmes to real-live partners.
However, we’ve handpicked a representative from an ISV, a system integrator, a distributor, and traditional reseller to help the Partner teams with real insights, as well as give our game some clout.
