What we did

Exclusive Networks connects emerging and growing global technology vendors to pan-European markets through its value-added distribution model. Exclusive Networks trades with over 4,200 reseller partners.

Through an acquisition, Exclusive Networks obtained an existing incentive scheme called ‘Drive’. At this time ‘Drive’ was an inflexible, admin-heavy and immobile system. Vendors were undertaking lots of disparate marketing activity and the rewards were limited.

Exclusive Networks UK Marketing Director recognised the prime opportunity to step up ‘Drive’ to reach its full potential, while changing the performance of its vendors.Exclusive Networks approached Corporate Rewards to redevelop the entire programme.

Exclusive Networks had very clear requirements:

Using our bespoke platform, Corporate Rewards built the exact online solution that Exclusive Networks wanted: to drive rewards. The pioneering business development scheme was targeted at Exclusive Networks vendors, with multiple user levels.

It was built so that Exclusive Networks had complete administrative control of the site, via a comprehensive dashboard. This was absolutely crucial as the scheme was so dynamic and Exclusive Networks needs to be able to react quickly to vendor requests.

Vendors commissioned Exclusive Networks to run their promotions via ‘Drive’. These promotions were positioned on the site, along with their logo and given the same amount of access and awareness to maintain consistency. Resellers were rewarded for pushing particular products and creating business opportunities such as booking meetings or training courses.

Claims were detailed on a simple log on the site and each time individuals earned points by adding an activity that had been approved by Exclusive Networks and the vendor; points are also awarded to the reseller company. These points can be spent on services to benefit the company.

Participants could use the calendar functionality within the site to set up future meetings and then receive automated trigged updates when a booked meeting had occurred, so that the claim could be validated and points awarded. Exclusive Networks saw an increase of 170% in meetings logged.

To motivate participants and encourage engagement, Corporate Rewards offered an enhanced catalogue located on the site, including experience days and holiday vouchers, as well as tangible products such as high end technology and virtual prepaid cards. Participants could select a ‘goal item’ which provided them with a reward target they could achieve if they increased sales or created business opportunities.

The newly devised ‘Drive’ incentive scheme saw the number of users increase three-fold and generated business opportunities of over €1m in just six months, with traceable revenues of more than €250,000. Since the UK launch, the programme expanded across 11 European countries and is available in six languages. With an increase in vendor confidence working with a successful programme, loyalty was enhanced.
