Corporate Rewards designed ‘The Full Montenegro’ to be a complete package; incentive programme with an end of campaign travel reward.
We developed an online bespoke site that included all the programme details, eligibility, timings, split of countries, targets and incentive product detail.
'The Full Montenegro' incentive programme was designed to target EMEA countries to sell the HP OEM Microsoft Server Reseller Option Kit (ROK) through their partners. Sales teams were incentivised to perform with a chance to receive a place on a luxury trip. The trip needed to generate lifetime memories and a ‘feel good factor’ that they can take back to motivate others.
The 35 participating countries were split into different pools, based on previous sales performance. They were set targets to achieve and must hit a minimum threshold of Operating Systems (OS’s) to be eligible for the incentive. On achieving target, each country would receive a number of seats on the incentive trip.
Corporate Rewards sent a series of email communications to the participants to launch the incentive site we had built. We developed an online bespoke site that included all the programme details, eligibility, timings, split of countries, targets and incentive product detail. Throughout the programme, we added league tables onto the site showing current performance against target results. We communicated the updates via email campaigns to the participants so they could focus on achieving the desired results to gain a place on the trip.
To engage and excite the users, we also included on the site an interactive water sports game they could play; a physical activity they would experience in Montenegro if they achieved a place.
The winners received a luxury VIP 3-night break to Montenegro. We chose Montenegro as it was an undiscovered gem and had been voted as a Top 10 Place to Visit in the Lonely Planet Guide. The destination had short flight times so easily reachable for the EMEA countries.
The incentive trip was designed to reward outstanding achievements, so our Event Managers ensured winners were provided with the ‘best of the best’ and treated like a VIP, for a once in a lifetime experience.
Montenegro, known as the “pearl of the Mediterranean”, is steeped in glorious mountains, beaches and lakes, along with history, culture and good weather. We designed the itinerary so that the incentive winners could experience this.
Arrival at Hotel Splendid, Montenegro’s 5* hotel. Guests enjoyed luxury rooms with views of the Adriatic Sea.
As part of their prize, winners received a €150 prepaid card – most used in the hotel spa or shopping malls.
We organised a Treasure Hunt tour of Kotor. Not only did the winners have chance to network with their peers, they also experienced the local culture.
Next stop was a private Catamaran trip where they took in the famous scenery and crystal clear water.
We reserved a private area of the beach where guests experienced watersports activities including: jet ski’s, banana boat or kayaking. Followed by a BBQ on the beach.
The winners enjoyed exclusive 5* dining and VIP areas in bars and nightclubs, throughout the trip.
