The Solution

Corporate Rewards put forward the solution of Quantum Plus+, an EMEA based loyalty programme rewarding resellers for incremental sales.

What we did

We designed a straightforward, high impact themed campaign website which appealed across the board and incorporated sales validation systems to ensure that a reward was allocated only when genuinely earned.

The site featured an area which tracked the progress of registrations, website activity and validated claims, and we introduced a points banking system which allowed resellers to convert their sales into cash which could be spent through a Quantum branded reloadable card.

The cards were a clear choice for the Quantum programme, offering flexibility for the resellers to purchase the rewards they most wanted. Cards were globally accepted in all participating countries and any retailer accepting Mastercard and could be issued in British Pound Sterling or Euros, perfect for our EMEA resellers.

The cards not only offered flexibility for Quantum resellers but also provided great platform awareness for Quantum. Fully branded cards were on display whenever a participant’s wallet or purse was open, giving Quantum a strong ongoing brand presence.

Offering cards as a loyalty reward allowed resellers to regularly earn, save and redeem, providing a long-term ongoing reward mechanism, encouraging continuous effort to achieve self-set reward targets. The rewards programme was accepted across the EMEA platform, exceeding Quantum’s 200 reseller target by 197% in the first year. Since then the platform has grown with over 1000 resellers participating in the campaign as of 2014, with 88% of the initial reseller intake still registered on the programme to date.
